Proof that you are at least 19 years of age or have graduated from high school.
Two recommendation letters or names and contact details of references, preferably from someone who can knowledgeably comment on your passion and abilities in the area for which you are applying. Please note family members are not eligible as references.
Transcripts from any secondary or post-secondary institutions attended in the last 5 years.
